Welcome to the PALCS Egypt Trip Blog

May 28th, 2007

We are leaving on Tuesday from Philadelphia International Airport and are arriving in Egypt 24 hours later. Of course we have a 5 hour layover in Paris. The good news is we will make it up on our way back which means our flight is magically changed from 24 hours to 4 hours. How can that be?

a. A really fast jet on the way home

b. Mrs. Qunn has discovered the secrets to the “flux capacitor”.

c. We gain 10 hours on our flight home because of the time zones that we cross. So the trip is really like 14 hours either way.

Here is a bonus question.

Are the people in the picture above in Egypt or Panama?

I will answer these questions in my next post with more pictures.
